All staff at this Practice are very helpful and there is great backup with a wide variety of clinics and tests available on site. The atmosphere is pleasant and no piped music!

I have had so many problems with this doctors, from not wanting to see my son to them not knowing what medication to give him/wrong one. A few times I have called up and couldn't get appointment! I took my son there Monday and the doctor said he was fine and just had a cold, a day later I had to take my boy to the out of hours doctors to find out he has a ear infection!! Not impressed with it at all, so as soon as I can find a new doctors I will be changing!

The Doctor we saw was very helpful and gave us a thorough check. However it is almost impossible to get an appointment when needed as the phones are always engaged and by the time they are free all appointments are taken. Also, the sound system for calling in the next patient by name are not at all clear and very difficult to understand. We feel that this surgery is not what it used to be, but it seems they are all like that now, we do worry about the future, especially as we are getting older.

One can never get an appointment over the telephone if u don't try 100 times at 8am. Even when one does get through, one is left with very limited times and as one works, the times are not always convenient. My wife has had extreme difficulty getting appointments for her self and our 4year old. The waiting room is always full of old people, probably there for a chat as their lonely or because they have a sniffle etc... This needs to change as people(below 65/70) as well as children need appointments but as expressed in my earlier comments, cannot always get them. I have, on two or 3 occasions had rows with receptionist over the telephone, sinply because they have challenged me or my wife about when we last got our prescriptions, I asked them what medical training they had to base their opinion on and was hung up on. Some of the receptionists are very nice, don't get me wrong, but some of them think they are DRs and able to make decisions about people's health care and medical needs, which is wrong. Receptionists are there to answer phones, book appointments for people and hand out prescriptions at the desk. They are NOT there to make any decisions about whether a person can or cannot have their prescription. Again, this needs to change. Nevertheless, I am happy about the way the surgery is run.
